Agency Choice Survey

This is an academic survey conducted by Yeditepe University from Istanbul, Turkey about
how freight forwarders choose their foreign agents. It will take you about ten minutes to
complete.
After answering the questions, if you care to leave us your e-mail address or a business card, we would be happy to share the extended results with you (everybody in this conference will get an executive summary).
The results of the survey will be completely anonymous and your e-mail will only be used to inform you about the survey results.
When done, you can return the survey to me, leave it in the survey box by the conference room entrance, or put it in the survey tray at the conference desk.
